This patient only kept his two front teeth, rather than have a complete full denture. By doing so, he was able to chew all the hard foods that full denture wearers can only dream about i.e. carrots. This gentleman was taken by cancer about eighteen years ago.
This lady had a pre-existing partial, which gave her a poor contour to her lips, an abnormal smile line, and plane of occlusion.
This gentleman had an undetectable set of partials. He was very patient and allowed me to do my best effort. Many patients are in a hurry and as a result there are compromises. Partials don’t always have to have visible clasps.
